I am a PhD candidate working under the supervision of Dr. Inge Wortel. My research focus during my PhD is on Decoding cell migration behaviors from video and auxillary datasets inorder to understand the heterogeneous motion profiles. My research interests include self-supervised learning, system identification and image registration. During my tenure at University of Twente, I have developed a clinical pipeline for automatic motion tracking using deformable image registration.
